Hi all hoping some of you may be able to help. My daughter will be 24 weeks tomorrow and she's been coughing since last night. She coughed a few time in her sleep last night but wasn't anything like forcuful or a strong cough. Was hoping it would go away today but she's been coughing since she woke up. She just took her first nap now and woke herself up several times because she's coughing. And her coughs are now lasting longer and they seem to be more stronger if that makes sense. She doesn't have a fever and is ok other than a cough. Can I give her anything to help her cough ? I don't want it to get worse as everytime she coughs it breaks my heart :( please help.

Does she seem distressed by the cough Yazeee?

Yeah she was deffinitely distressed @JiltedJohnsJulie :( she could nap the whole day as she kept waking herself up. I fed her all day, gave her calpol, warm water and boiled her some mint and lemon. She coughed a few times after putting her to sleep last night but luckily she stopped and slept through. She just woke up and no sign of cough. Fingers crossed it was just a teething cough or something and it's gone.
