Help - end of my tether

Hi

I have a baby boy who has just turned 6 months. He was starting to sleep through then he got sick - with a cold/ infection. He just started nursery. Doctor put him on antibiotics - amoxicillin, the course has just finished today. He is refusing food and milk - it has been so stressful trying to get food into him. This has gone on for about a week. Initially he was projectile vomiting now he just refuses and gets upset. How long should I let this go on for? His ounces have dropped to half (around 10-15) a day and he will only take a couple spoons. Must mention I also started him on solids about 3 weeks ago and he was eating really well and taking 25-30 ounces.

Also, he has started wakening for night feeds again(!) and Im obviously doing it because he isn't taking muchduring the day. He is taking a couple of full feeds at night and wont do it during the day, just bits here and there. He like day and night is mixed up. I feel like I am back at square 1 with sleep training and its really taking it tool on me and affecting my relationship.

I know he has hit the 6 month mark and could be a regression as well. He wakes with high pitched screeching at 4am thinking its time to get up.

Anyone experienced this and what your advice?

Thanks

Sound so like he’s still poorly to me OP. I’d take him back to the GP today and get them to check his ears and throat.
