My 8weeks sleep crying

My 8weeks boy is crying only when he falls asleep and wakes up after 20 min from a deep sleep and doesn't get back. He cries for just few seconds and turns red and seems like he is in very severe pain. I tried infacol and gripe water both but nothing is working. He is asking for feed after every hour. What should i do?

They have a developmental leap around about this age so this could be why

My son had just started sleeping a bit better hit 8 weeks and it went out the window only lasted about a week and a half though so try not to worry to much.

Not sure if your breast or bottle but my son was like that so I just upped his ounces on the bottle and he started going longer and sleeping better.
