I have lost my red book (about 3 years ago when we moved actually...) and am interested to know how tall Ds should be. He is INCREDIBLY skinny (though he eats a lot, he never stops), and i want to know because i now have DD who is just 1 and in both height and weight firmly on the 75th centile. She is by no means over weight, just perfectly in proportion. Ds never really got beyond the 25th- and i didn't worry since as my name suggests, i am rather titchy. He's 104 cm does that seem right?

He is still about the 25th.

this is just to give you an idea because all dc s are different etc but according to the figures I have 75% of boys aged 4.9yrs are taller(1m10)but how tall are you and dh?

liljo2007 · 28/08/2007 17:33

I'm only 4ft 9 (yes really) and Ds bio dad was (and for all I know still is!) 5ft 10. DH is only 5ft 8 in comparison, which makes fact dd is so much bigger at this age quite funny.. but she was a full 2lbs bigger at birth too, and both were 8 days overdue!!

Thanks for the replies, im not worried really, but as he starts school next week, i just wondered how he compared. And compared to his nursey classmates, what he lacked in physical presence he more than made up with in intelligence {smile} and decibels...
