ELC large animals (he's too young for the small cheaper ones I think) are £4 each and I've just lost my bid on ebay for a stash of them and there's none on there at the moment. REally would like ot get him elephant, giraffe etc to play with.

I cant find them, am sure ds had some somewhere....sorry.

pointydog · 26/08/2007 20:49

yes, you get those animals in tubes. The dds got a lot in France recently. You get them here too, just can't remember where I've seen them. So I'm no help really.

LadyVictoriaOfCake · 26/08/2007 20:51

i have about 20 of the medium/large size.

i cant give them away though (see car thread), so what would you pay plus postage?

deaconblue · 26/08/2007 20:57

Thank you for looking totaleclipse. Lady Victoria the stuff I missed out on ebay went for £3.70 for 30 animals plus p and p but I could go up to £5. DOn't worry if you would rather not sell them for that, I fully understand.

My Mum's a car boot sale addict and regularly gets loads of toys at bargain prices for my 2. Would be worth a try if you're going to be up at that time anyway.

Another vote for Poundstretcher, they do little clear tubs with about8 wild animals/dinosaurs/farm animals in, think they are £2 and you get a little plastic playmat too. Worth the money, ds has some dinosaur ones he loves them and they don't take up loads of space!

KaySamuels · 27/08/2007 09:29

Just seen size question. They are about 2inches high each figure, and very resilient to chewing, bashing about.

mummydoit · 27/08/2007 09:46

You might pick some up in a charity shop.

fick · 27/08/2007 09:55

on ebay

fick · 27/08/2007 10:02

more ebay

deaconblue · 27/08/2007 10:45

thanks fick ,I saw the first ones but thought dye cast meant they were metal so didn't look closer (look plastic though) will bid on the second lot I think.
