7 month old awake at 3am

Can anyone help us please? My 7 month old has been waking up at 3am for the past couple weeks, for what seems like no reason.
She goes to bed at 6pm settles and sleeps through till around 3, then she's awake, normally for at least an hour, chatting and crying but she's not hungry, dirty, cold or hot. It seems to disturb her more when we go in to her but I don't want to leave her if she's crying.
Shes weaning well, formula fed, has 2 good naps a day and has been a very good sleeper up until now.
Her normal routine is up at 7, bottle, breakfast, nap at 9-11, lunch, bottle, nap at 1.30-3.30, tea and bottle and bed at 6.

Any suggestions 😴

She's sleeping for 9 hrs straight. Have you considered that with such an early bedtime that she's simply had enough?

You'll know if it's best but potentially try a later bedtime? Mine would have been up at3-5am if I was doing bedtime at 5-6pm.. that's far too early imho but I realise I'm fairly unusual because British babies go down really early... Maybe someone following that way will have more tips.
