how to entertain 7-8 mth old

dd, now entering her 8th month,and is cruising, has totally gone off all her toys and i have bought new ones like stacking/sorting toys, toy handphones etc. but those dont really keep her occupied for long.

how shud i keep her entertained?? any tips

I'm embarressed to say that it's hard to remember what I did. Everything and anything to keep ds entertained! Books, and i think that's about the time I fixed up a cupboard in the kitchen that was "his" with all kinds of bowls and things to play with.
