18 months not walking not standing

My 18 months old daughter is not walking . Not even standing. She have external hydrocephalus and her head is a bit heavy. She also got hypotonia. Does anyone had similar situation?

Is she under the physios for hypotonia? Does she pull to stand and cruise along the furniture?

Yes she is under physio. She can pull to stand just started to do this recently but not cruise along furniture yet:(
