So we did the most stupid thing with my toddler when he was smaller, and introduced the iPad at meal times in a desperate bid to get him to eat something. Yes I hear the groans and eye rolls now!! 
But now we've gone full circle and he's not eating as he's too engrossed in watching the iPad. So we need to ditch the iPad!!
I'm after some tips from anyone that's done it. Do we just go cold turkey, and deal with the fall out for a couple of days, or phase it out slowly?
I'm so annoyed with myself that I've got into this mess
