Hand flapping

So I’m not too sure if what my 7 month old son is doing is “hand flapping” but he will sometimes put his hands up and kinda wriggle his fingers/open close his hands. He smiles a lot he’s very social he is also VERY clingy he always wants to sit on my lap while playing. His speech is getting there he makes lots of noises he’s recently started to say gagaga but no mama or dada.
I have googled myself a headache and am worrying quite a bit about the “flapping”. Would love to hear it’s normal with NT.
Thanks! SmileFlowers

All children will hand flap, open/close hands, look at their hands, walk in their tip-toes, spin in circles, open/close doors, open/close drawers, flick switches on/off etc specially when they are younger than 12M - in some tests, some of these are even development milestones. They become concerning (i.e. repetitive behavior) if the persists after 18M and the child start displaying other concerning behavior, in isolation they are never concerning.
