2year old is outta hand

he screams all the time, if i walk him somewhere he runs off, if i take the buggy he climbs out, he hits me and has even pushed his 4year old sister over and in the past he has bitten people ive tried everything but nothing helps

Ignore my other post as I see that you have made two threads on the same topic and his age is here.
When I was reading your post, I have to say it reminded me of my own son who was similar at 2 years old and I briefly wondered if your son is the same age too.
All I can say is that at 2, my son was exactly the same and it was an absolutely awful time! Once he turned 3, a huge change happened and his behaviour improved massively as he had more understanding and his speech became better.
But if you are concerned please do see your GP who can refer you to appropriate services.
