My 7 month old has started gulping when he babbles - though sometimes it sounds like a clicking noise at the back of his throat. He doesn’t do it when feeding and doesn’t have reflux. He can shout and cry as normal but it’s when he goes to say ‘gaga, kaka’ type sounds that you can hear a loud gulping sound before it. Any idea if this is something I should be concerned about?
