18MO not pointing

My 18mo DD crawls, walks (holding hand) she was late doing both as she is hypermobile.
She does most things but the things concerning me most is that she doesn’t point to show interest or anything. If she wants food she will go to her chair or cupboard or give me something to be opened. She will also give me books, toys etc.
She’s not talking either, just babbles and groans.
Should I contact my HV or just wait a bit longer?

Would your HV do anything or suggest you for the two year check? My DD didn't point until 18 months and was totally fine.

But my DS didn't point until much much later and had a severe s&l delay.

What i found useful was the list on the teachmetotalk website of the stages toddlers go through before they talk, at 2 (one of which is using gestures) he was about half way through when he turned 2 and pointed to show interest at 2.4 after starting speech therapy.
