Hi mums, my little girl was 3 at the beginning of sept, and for about 8 months has slept really well and with using the groclock always waited for the sunshine. She stopped napping in July and for the last 3/4 weeks she has been waking anywhere from 5.30-6am and will not go back to sleep. The meltdowns before bed have got terrible as she's obviously tired, so have bought bedtime forward to 7.15/30 but she is still waking at 5.30-6 which I know is not enough sleep.
Any tips on how to make bedtime easier/ensure she is getting enough sleep? Anyone else go through this "phase"?

Cot planning on moving her into a bed I. The next month as have a baby on the way.
