It my little girls development check on monday and I was just wondering what to expect?

i was expecting some big assesment - but basically they just watched dd play and asked me loads of questions.

I didn't get one at all for my ds.

Thanks! Can you remember offhand what questions they asked?

They ask about your child's speech/language and whether they can understand simple instructions. They also ask whether your child shows pretend play.

They ask about walking/running/climbing/throwing a ball/kicking a ball and if your child can do these things.

They ask about whether your child can hold a pencil or build a small tower of bricks. They also ask about feeding habits and whether your child can feed themselves yet.

They will also ask if you have any particular concerns about anything. HTH
