My son is only 11 weeks, yet the health visitor said she noticed a tooth coming through when weighing him. From further inspection I saw basically a whole top set coming through! He's recently been crying a lot but I didn't it it down to a cold due to the weather. He drools so much I have to change his outfits every other hour, he bites his hands constantly and today has spent hours non stop crying and refusing his bottle. I know it sounds obvious but I'm confused as to whether this is teething or if it's something else worth getting him checked out for. What do u think from the picture I've attatched?
