My boy is 12 year old
He is having issues at school
It appears that this is due
communication breakdown with teachers
And not behaviour issues
Having a difficulty explaining this to school
I am afraid if intervene any further
Things may make matters worse

I think we need more details - all you said is that he is 12 years old, and that he has a communication breakdown with his teachers which could mean anything...
