Hi

My DD will be 4 in January and we still have been unsuccessful in getting her to eat any meats other than fish.

She tries different meats all the time but is repulsed by it and spits it out. She eats all her fruit and vegetables and we have her on multi vitamins but we have not been able to get her to consume any meats even when it is disguised in food.

Can she be a Vegetarian/Pescatarian this early on?

Any of you had any experience on this?

Thank you ❤️

i haven't had experience with it first hand but she can be veggie at this age. it might be worth getting a cookbook like this which contains recipies that are veggie, specifically made so that the kids can get all the stuff they need x

My nephew was like that and his mom never really pushed him to eat meat... he is 12 now and still never eats it. He is growing just fine!

My sister decided she didn't like the taste and texture at about the age of 2 and has been vegetarian ever since. She's now in her 40s ... and can spot a meat stock in soup from about 20 paces Grin
