Bad behavior

I am a mum of 2.
I have a DS 2 and DD 1. They both attend creche and have done since they were 6 months old. We have never had any problems with DS until the past month or so, he started biting (happened 3 times) but the past 2 days I have been called into creche because he has hit a child.
We use the naughty step and definitely do not reward bad behavior but I am worried and feeling a little embarrassed.
Any advice would be much appreciated

It's a very normal phase to go through at about that age. And they don't understand the naughty step at all at 2, nor does it necessarily actually make the point you want.

You need to teach what is desirable 'touching' e.g. gently
