Eating or not eating

Hello, I'm in desperate need of some help...
I have a nearly 7 month old and she's refusing to eat any solid food apart from baby rice. I started weaning 1 week before she was 6 months old and started with just offering mashed up foods. At first she was ok but then she slowly stopped eating from a spoon, she sometimes takes a mouthful but sometimes nothing at all. So I started baby led weaning with some toast fingers and carrot sticks, she ate some toast fingers at first, although it did take her an hour of faffing with them, wouldn't touch carrots or any other fruit or veg. Now she won't eat any finger foods, she brings them to her mouth then puts them down, then puts them in her mouth and spits out. She swallows nothing. She has one tooth emerging. I'm formula feeding because she refused to feed when she was born and we ended up in hospital because she just slept, insisted on a shallow latch despite everything and had to be encouraged to feed from a bottle in the end after losing loads of weight and even that was hard work. They checked her over and nothing medically wrong. I don't know what to do now, I asked the HV and they've said just keep offering food, but 99% of it ends up in the bin or hoover. I don't know if this is related, but she also doesn't roll over, although she does sit up on her own well. I have 2 other children and they weren't like this which is making me worried.

My daughter was exclusively breastfed until 8 months old, because she simply wasn't interested in solid food before that (I offered it from 6 months old). Then suddenly from one day to the next she loved it. She was and is perfectly healthy. I've known a child who wasn't interested until 12 months - also completely healthy.
Don't stress yourself too much! Your daughter is still very young, she'll start eating.
