Ds is 5 months old and is the wriggliest thing I’ve ever met, he’s actually hard to hold at times. At night, even asleep, he flaps and fails his arms slapping his everything while his feet kick lumps out of whatever’s near him. He still has to be swaddled or he wakes himself up constantly by whacking himself in the face.
We used to cosleep, he’s now in the cot till he can’t settle swaddled any longer as I’d wake up every two seconds with a sore something.

He can hold teethers to his mouth and grab toys fine, a little late on holding his head up on his stomach but nothing major. His coordination doesn’t seem bad at all during play/day time.

How flappy is normal? when does the flapping stop? it’s not like the morrow reflex where the starfish outward it’s multi directional slaps.
