Growth spurt at 14 weeks?

Hi there,

I'm a first time mum and my daughter is nearly 14 weeks. She had her 12 weeks jabs (oral + 1 jab) last week and her poos have reduced. She usually poos after every feed (bf during the day followed by one bottle of expressed around 7pm then a final bottle of formula before bed). Yesterday for the first time she didn't do any poos which is unusual so I wonder if this is normal and if she's going through a growth spurt? She's grunting and straining and gassy so it's brewing but not sure if it's related to her jabs or if it's something I should be eating to help her poo? She spent an hour on my boob this morning compared with the usual 20 mins.

Any advice would be great!
