Trains? Cars? Unicorns what’s your toddler into

Hi all

I have a train mad 3 year old. He’s nuts about trains but I jus wondered what other kids are passionate about? I know this is a phase but I’m wondering what else he might like..he’s been a bit hot housed in trains as grandparents live next to a train station.

DS age 3 has loved anything to do with transport since before he was 2 (he was mainly bought cars, diggers etc by relatives, and when he was 18 months our neighbours gave us a giant box of wooden tracks and Thomas trains, so I blame that really. He's got everything you could imagine, loads of trains, fire engines, cars, tractors, a bus. He plays with different ones on rotation but transport is still his passion, going strong for almost 2 years.

Octonauts (this is quite recent and a refreshing change to transport)
Under the sea
How things work (I hope he'll be an engineer one day)
Nature eg bugs
The natural world eg storms, volcanoes

Also absolutely loves reading stories, which is my favourite thing to do with him too.
