Not a big smiler

So I hadn't seen my 16 month old all day since 10am until 5pm end he didn't do a big smile but didn't do for hubby either. But once home he was whizzing about the place shrieking Like mad and having loads of fun which apparently he was the total opposite at the in-laws today so I shouldn't worry about lack of big smiles no?

It is probably just his personality, it would be concerning if he was also missing milestones, not pointing to share, etc. ie. one of the tests in the ADOS is asking the parent to make the child smile without touching them.
