Is my 3 month old overweight?

My second child is 3 months old and already weighs just over 18lb and is wearing 6-9 month clothes! He was 8lb 8oz when he was born and is exclusively breastfed. I feed him on demand and he often feeds for comfort.

I’m worried that he’s overweight and that there could be something wrong with him or am I over feeding him?

Both my babies were in sizes up from their given age. Still are....they were also born large. Now they're tall and skinny preteens!

You can't over feed a breastfed baby. Your DC is probably tall too?

He might be heavy, but you can't go wrong as long as you breastfeed exclusively!

Nope, just keep feeding him. You’re doing a great job.
