Hi,
my little 21 month old son was at home yesterday with dad while I was at work, he made sure that he was topped up with water all of the time etc, he didn't eat much though yesterday due to a little tummy bug. He was completley fine within him self , no temp, happy, playing, singing, dancing etc,
He went to bed around 7pm with a full bottle of milk, he also woke around 3am for some water, so he had some water, yet woke up this morning at 7am with a bone dry nappy..
He was also fine this morning, no symptoms etc.
Would this be concerning?
