Nighttime nappies still

Hi all, hoping this is the right place for this thread. My 4 1/2 year old DD is still in nappies at night despite being dry in the day for around two years. She’s showing no signs of being dry at night, her nappies are weighted down they’re so wet in the morning! Problem is that now she’s started to soak out of them in the night (I’m typing this now having just changed her sheet), and is too big for the biggest nighttime pull ups.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get her dry at night? My other two both got there naturally long before this age. I’ve read it’s a hormonal development in the brain that triggers being dry at night so I’m rather at a loss about what to do. Anyone else experienced this and have any tips? Thanks

Dry nights do bigger pull ups for older children. Yes it's hormone related so not much tooth cab do to train for night time dryness. Some brands do larger nappy sizes too, what are you using?

Huggies but will look at other brands, thanks

Are you not in the UK? Don't think we get huggies here now

Huggies pull ups from Sainsbury’s! But will look for what else I can get, she’s definitely at her limit in them. Roll on hormonal developments!!

My son is 7 and we have almost cracked being dry at night. It really helps him if I do the following:

-no drinks after 6pm
-wee at bedtime
-second wee after reading when its lights out time

He wears the Huggies Drynites but they're bloody expensive.

I'm having the same issue with my nearly 4 year old. She's been dry in the day for almost a year but still wakes up with a fully wet nappy.

Is that right that it's hormonal? I was thinking of taking her nappies away but if that's the case I might not!

I’ve got bigger size huggies drynites today. Yes I believe it is hormonal. I was going to try cold turkey until I found out about it. Good luck everyone
