Just wondering. I didn't know at first but recently read an NHS leaflet that says bum shufflers generally learn to walk between 18 and 24 months old. DD is 1 and has been bum shuffling a but for about 2 months but only fast for the last 2 weeks using her arms to help. She's nowhere near walking as she can't cruise, can't crawl, only just learnt to pull herself up to standing. She does take some steps if you hold both her hands but she is super wobbly still and is still quite wobbly standing holding on to things despite being able to do this since she was 6.5 months old. The HV said it's just a case of waiting unless she has taken a single independent step by 18 months then to see the GP for a physio/orthopaedics referral. I'm not worried atm but just wondering about other peoples experiences.
