15 week old very jittery

Hi there

I have a beautiful 15 week old son, who bless him, has gone through the wars since being born with a milk allergy and terrible acid reflux- but I've noticed as he's grown his arm and leg movements appear to be somewhat 'jittery' and quite constant, with him constantly kicking and waving his arms about. He's always been very alert and interested in looking at everything around him, but I'm slightly concerned the 'jitteriness' is something not quite right. Unfortunately my MIL made a comment about this, saying 'he's like a baby born to a mother whose been on drugs' and it's deeply upset me and quite possibly made me look for things that may not be there. Has anyone else's little darlings suffer with these? Or perhaps are extremely active? Is this normal for a 15 week old or am I just going nuts because of the silly comment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Xxxx

Sounds normal. My little girl was always on the go.
