My DD (2.5yo) has gone from being the child that tried to run off in a shopping centre and talks to anyone, really outgoing. To being absolutely terrified of people.
Whenever we go anywhere she won't walk. She wants to be carried and will hide her face in your shoulder. If she is in her buggy she will cover her face.
She actually says that she is scared of people and you can see it in her eyes that she is terrified.
We can not pinpoint what had caused this change. SIL has her 5 days a week and also cannot think what has caused it.
Has anyone else had this and have any advice on how to help? It's so difficult to go anywhere or do anything, we go on holiday soon and it's horrible seeing her so scared.
