Hi all
My step daughter will not sleep at night wont sleep in a room on her own and had an epic meltdown if we make her we try calming tea sitting on the landing sleeping in the room baths calming vapours in the room night lights lamps landing light on and off nothing works my partner ends up asleep most nights on the landing or in bed with her so she doesn’t keep the rest of the house up with her meltdowns, it seems to be she’s scared to be alone she has no reason to be at all nothing has effected her in life she’s had a great up bringing she’s happy day to day its just night time and sleep we are at total loss about what to do any advice would be great and if anyone has been through the same sort of thing thanks in advance
