I've noticed my dd10 starting to do repetitive behaviours that look like tics. She's making a kind of hmm noise, sniffing and blinking. I noticed it today while she was watching a movie so nice and relaxed. My husband noticed it in the car a few nights ago. Should I be worrying and seeking help or just observe and hope it's just a phase?

Hi, I'd keep a little diary going of what you notice (and when etc) then keep an eye on her for a week or 2, or even a month if there's not much. If it still worries you then you'll have something to show your GP.
