My 3yo DD has very good, clear speech but has a habit of making a sort of clicking noise between words. It's really cute now, but my DH is concerned it's becoming an ingrained habit which she won't be able to break later. I am wary of making her self conscious about it. I think it's a bit of a filler for her, like some people say "um" quite a lot. It's very frequent though and she Ratley gets through more than a sentence without doing it.
What should we do? Wait and see what happens? Or try to get some ideas for helping her get over it?
