Hi everyone
just thought I would share a tip for childrens nightmares - try Monster Spray its a novelty fragrance available at norinse.co.uk you spray it in the area your child is afaid of (under the bed etc) and the monsters can't come back.

Works for me and saves lots of distrubed sleep from Robert my 5 year old. If Doctor Who's been on I spray some in the usual places and presto - peaceful nights sleep

we use fairy dust, liberally sprinkjled on dc at bedtime 'for thier nasty dreams'. DS aged 6 still won't sleep without it...lucky the fairies provide it for free.
