So my son is 3 years old, will be 4 in August and lately his attitude and behaviour is horrible! He’s not the best with talking and there’s only me that can fully understand him most of the time so I know he gets frustrated with that quite a lot. However lately he’s started being really mean to our dog... biting his ears, wrestling him, throwing toys at him and even though our dog is very laid back he hides away from my son. No matter how many times I tell him off or tell him to stop, putting him on the naughty step and even taking toys away from him he doesn’t listen but that’s the same with most things... he throws toys round the house, has meltdowns over nothing and every now and again he’s smacked me in the face and laughed about it. Most days it’s a struggle to get him to sit down even for 5 minutes! I just don’t know how to get him to listen to me or to make him see I’m serious. If anyone’s gone through similar I’d love some advice! Thanks
