Reflux in babies

Hi all,
Anyone out there have a baby with silent reflux? So fed up with it. My LO is 15 weeks and it got better a few weeks ago and now is in full swing again. She is constantly so discomforted. She hates being in any position but up right (ie holding her). Screams on her back and hardly sleeps at all In the day.
It's exhausting.
Please tell me it gets better... or does it not?
She's on ranitidine it I don't think that makes much difference.
Sometimes I am not even sure if it is reflux but some weird wind thing or even an intolerance to milk? I can hear her stomach or throat spasm. She shudders and spasms too when it happens but she doesn't cry bout it jut winges. What is this? Any thoughts?

Our little one has reflux. Silent first, then actual sick. Sounds just like she was and it was tiring. We were very against a dummy but gave in and the look on her face was pure delight! Read so much about it and it's meant to help.

She's 11 months now and has gone from being sick 20+ times a day down to about 3 or 4! Somedays none! It can last for a lot longer but I guess solids, sitting and standing has helped too.

We had gaviscon, ranitidine and omeprazole but slowly weaned her off ourselves as we could just tell she was getting better. She also had suspected sandifers syndrome but again this is reducing, slowly. Unfortunately we learnt more from the Internet than Dr's and health visitors as they were very "youre new parents, all babies are sick and don't sleep!" keep persevering and you'll find info or a doc that listens and understands. We've got a great consultant now after pestering!

My dd had terrible reflux, she vomited everything up until she was fully weaned. Liquids just didn't agree with her. She slept in an oscillating chair and honestly spent most of her time in it when she wasn't being held or in a sling. I also used a bumbo seat which you could do from 16 weeks.
