First Pediatricians appt for autism

We have our first meeting tomorrow with DD who's 6.
Does anyone know what to expect for our first appointment with the Pediatrician?
We don't know if we should take all the paperwork of medical history and school plans and privately paid for OT report
Will it be just paperwork or talking or both? Will they want to see all of this? How long will it last? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You might get more replies in the SN board OP, fwiw our first pediatrician appt for suspected autism consisted of questioning/history taking and interacting with DS. I think i had submitted private SALT and nursery and LEA reports before the appointment.
