Reflux or bad wind?

My 5wo (who was 4 weeks early) has started to show signs of either bad wind or relfux I can't decide which... He is...

Not settling when sleeping for more than 15 minutes at a time
Arching back and crying when waking up (sometimes pumps while doing so)
Sometimes gets a little fustrated on boob but never stops him eating
Does get hiccups quite a lot, although these have slowed down

He is rarely sick, only sometimes and never more than a tablespoon
He burps well during feeds, each time he comes off nipple I will burp him
His has excellent weight gain, midwife was shocked at how much for a premature baby 😂

Any help would be appreciated!!

My son was like this and would feed little and often so his weight gain was great. He seemed really uncomfortable though so I researched and found info on silent reflux.
The doctors didn’t really know anything about it but eventually we got medication and it improved.
He’s still on meds for it at 12 months though as he hasn’t grown out of it yet.

Yes he was on infant gaviscon but not much good for us so he’s now on ranitidine.
He also has cmpa though so is dairy free. This and reflux can go hand in hand from what I’ve heard.
