LG is 9 weeks 4 days old and this past week has been a nightmare in the morning.
As a general rule, she's not a bad night sleeper, going down at about 8.30pm and not waking until between 3am and 4am, then back down for another hour or so after a bottle. She then wakes up in a lovely mood and is easily managed.
I try to get her to nap after a max of a couple of hours being awake and have recently started taking note of her cues a bit more. I generally put her in her bouncer in the living room but yesterday started trying her in the carry cot of her pram in the dining room as I thought maybe her sleep was being interrupted being in the bouncer.
She had a full unbroken hours sleep, but then woke up very fussy and angry, and obviously still tired. I managed to get her back to sleep but only on me and this has been the cycle for the week until her lunchtime bottle.
She's a good eater, taking 6-7oz every four hours.
What can I do to help her sleep longer? Or do you think its something else?
