13wk old clenching fists

My DS is 13wks and seems to be developing normally. In the past week he has got loads better at grabbing things and he is learning what his hands are. However he has started clenching his fists loads. Sometimes when he is sleeping and sometimes when he is happy and playing.

Any idea why?
