2 year old is such a fuss! Normal?

DS is 2 in a few weeks and he is such a fuss 😂 If he has a bit of fluff in between his toes he wants it out, if he has pen on his hand he asks for it to be wiped off, if something breaks ie a flower he’s holding snaps on the stem he will get upset and say mend it 😂
Is this normal behaviour in toddlers? I’m worried he has ocd or asd 🤦🏻*♀️

Sounds really quite normal to me too. He has probably not long realised that things can be broken and he doesn't like the thought.
