5month old waking up crying throughout the night

So we have already had the 4 month sleep regression which lasted 4 weeks! And now after kind of getting back into a better sleep routine, my LO has started waking up throughout the night crying and crying and crying. I'm exhausted and she is also not getting enough sleep. Is anyone familiar with this.

Thanks

Sleep deprivation sucks so you have my sympathy. Does feeding help? Can you feel any teeth coming through?

These tips from Dr Sears might help too OP and we had sone success with the No Cry Sleep Solution.

I hope you find out what it is soon. If you have a DH and he's home this weekend, could you get at least one lie-in?

@JiltedJohnsJulie thanks for the sympathy!

I will take a look at the link. For sure I will get a lie in this weekend but he has also been kept awake by our little monster the last few days so I feel bad for him.

Just seems odd that she wakes up really crying almost every hour in the night. The only way to calm her is to breastfeed but even then at times she doesn't want it.

And there's definitely no teeth popping out?

Megansince89 · 01/03/2019 08:44

@JiltedJohnsJulie nope. No teeth! Teething has started but she doesn't seem irritated this week with that (no excessive chewing on toys or hands)

She has never been the best sleeper but this is much worse than ever
