19 week old still not rolling

Is this normal? I feel like he should be by now.
He can roll back to side, but not front to back or back to front.

Try not to get too hung up on it, my LO is 7 months and still not rolling or even trying to crawl. More like just lunging forward and falling on his face. He's desperate to stand and jump though.
