10 yr dd started wetting herself daytime

She says it's happened 4 times and it's when she's laughed.
She's upset - says she's been stuffing her pants with tissues to try to cover it up. She says it's happened when she's not thought she needed to wee - ie it's not she's been holding it in. Is this just a situation of making her go more before she needs to or could it be something that needs to be checked out?

I'd take her for a trip to see a female GP, just to rule out any physical cause OP
