7 week old teething?!?!?

My son is 7 weeks old and is inconsolable crying most of the day, red cheeks, dribbly, constantly chewing his hands, will only settle with his dummy in and never usually takes a dummy.

Could this be teething😩??? Unsure what's wrong with him if not. Advice please xx

Yes deffo. My son started at a month old. Was horrific. I got teething gel/ granules to rub on his gums. He was so distressed one night and hadn’t slept in 24 hours I rang 111 to see if I could give him Calpol. Doc said 1ml. After that he slept for about 4 hours, but my 3 Year old woke up 🤪
