As the title suggests, my almost 4 year old cannot speak coherently yet and it's really worrying me. I understand most of what they say but it would be quite difficult for outsiders.
We have seen a speech pathologist over a period of a year but we saw no great improvement. My child is slowly getting there but it is very slow. I worry about how they'll get on in the future. Truly, a pretty awesome kid but they already get teased for being 'weird' and not being able to speak like other kids their age.
Has anyone else experienced this and did things improve? Thanks for reading.
