You could try bribery and rewards, star charts for example. I couldn't get DS2 out of nappies at night because he got so wet and just didn't wake up when he needed a wee, he's only been dry for about 3 months or so and he's 6 now.

Could you maybe compromise and go for pull ups at night then she can go to the loo if she needs to.

soviet, my dd wore padded pull-ups at night until earlier this year - she was five and a half when she stopped. She stopped when she went abroad for a holiday, camping etc, and I suggested that it would be rather hard to keep buying nappies, so we should try without them, which she accepted.
I let her carry on before that, because she did say that she wanted them, and I didn't want her to get anxious about wetting the bed. I remember being anxious about that at the same age - actually, I think we can sometimes expect too much of our children in the way of early night time dryness.
If you feel she's ready, could you try going on holiday and forgetting to pack the nappies? It's amazing what they will accept without fuss when they know there's no alternative!
