My daughter stays with her mum most of the time but she stays with me and my wife every other weekend. Since she was 4 years old she got back in to the habit of “messing” herself at night and during the day. She has issues at home with her mum as my daughter appears to be a form of care giver to her younger sister who is 4 now. We have been to doctors and specialists and they keep giving her different tablets to take but nothing works. Tonight my daughter has had explosive diarrhoea whilst being in her room and sat in it for 10 minutes or more before I realised and cleaned her up. She gets upset every time despite me not shouting at her and is always very apologetic but I know we will be dealing with the same thing again soon. I don’t know what else to do/suggest. Any advice is welcomed.
