Dd4 and wiping herself

Dd is in reception and for years now has suffered with real redness/soreness below. Doctor has said worms, we've done the treatment and made no difference. I'm positive it's because she's not wiping properly. We help her as much as possible but at school etc obviously she's on her own. She's always in such a rush she merely pats and runs. I slap sudocrem or oilatum on which helps but it's driving my nuts. Any ideas??

Can you buy the wet wipes so it's easier for her to do it, if it's red and sore then I doubt she wants to rub it with dry paper. I believe some producers are going through tests to check they are certified flushable so perhaps she could get a little pack for her bag and use one at school. My daughter had a similar problem but only on the front as I always used water to wash her bottom. She's now old enough to wash herself with water and no longer has a problem, which is why I suggested wet wipes.
