Poorly baby

Hi my little boy has been full of a cold since before Christmas he doesn't seem as bad now but he's very flemmy and for the past few nights he's been so restless but last night was every hour screaming. I don't know what to think it could be. He's just so grumpy and it's not like him at all. Could he be coming down with something else? Not use to getting up every hour with him I'm so tired

Maybe the phlem irritates him lying down? How old is he?
If he appears better, has no temp, runny nose, he could be going through a developmental leap?
If you're worried take him to the doc so they can check his ears and throat in case there is anything else going on.

He's 5 1/2 month, no runny nose now but he did have a slightly higher temp this morning, higher than his normal temp. He's seems a little better now and temp gone down but it's just the screaming that worrys me, if he's got belly ache can it actually go on all night and morning? If he does it again this afternoon I'll book an appointment at the doctors tomorrow. He's constantly poorly and constantly at the doctors.
